This is an a+b kasha project, we recently finished. Located on rue de Lille, in the heart of St Germain, this 200 m2 space is a perfect example of a beautiful haussmanian apartment.
This first picture shows the old structure of the apartment. The moldings, the floor and the doors are all the original features that we restored.
There’s a huge amount of light and space in this apartment. The modern decoration compliments and highlights the harmony between old and new.
The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bathrooms, with all the elements, are completely redone and designed for a comfortable modern living.
The kitchen, as well as the bathrooms, is custom made with modern features to fit perfectly into the space.
