It can be harder than it seems to throw in a mix of some of the best design classics in one room and actually make it look good. This is a great example on someone who did it right.
We just love this combination. The Jacobsen swan chair, the Chesterfield sofa, the Saarinen table and this fabulous light by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni.
The desk is a danish design from the 60’s from Modernity, combined with the Arne Jacobsen office chair 3217.
It’s amusing how a chair can come back in style, and all of a sudden pop up in every single design magazine and blog. This is clearly the case with Hans Wegner’s Wishbone chair, that here is used as dining chairs around a Castiglioni table.
