Kyoto Light

I found this on wallpaper’s website. This house is really a source of light. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but architect  Keiichi Hayashi really turned this in to something beautiful. “Although the light wells might be thought of as obstacles, I think of them like trees in a forest, creating unexpectedly flexible and free space”, he says.

I just find this space architecturally fabulous and interesting, yet very personally decorated by the owners.
