The team behind michelin-starred restaurant Lux Stockholm recently opened B.A.R. The owners “strive to serve uncomplicated food in a low-key bistro setting”, guests can choose their meal from the large aquarium or from the in-store fish market, which also sells retail. I love the simple, yet very luxurious fish-market feel to the space.
